Inquiry & Discovery
You fill out a short form or contact me directly. This step helps me understand your goals, the type of space you're designing, your needs, and the overall style you're looking for.
02 —
Design Proposal
I prepare a tailored proposal that includes the scope of work, timeline, design services, and investment. You’ll also receive an estimate for construction and furnishing costs based on your project type.
03 —
Approval of quote
We review and agree on the proposal. Every project is unique, and pricing depends on:
• Type of property (house, apartment, rental, office, etc.)
• Total square meters and number of rooms
• Chosen design style
• Project complexity and your specific needs

Signing the Contract
Once the proposal and pricing are approved, we sign a contract to make everything official and begin the project.
05 —
Concept & Moodboard
You’ll receive a short design questionnaire to help define your style and vision. Based on your responses, I’ll create a personalized Mood Board for each space to align on the look and feel of your project.
06 —
3D Design & Layout Development
After you approve the moodboard, I begin developing the 3D model of your space. This includes layout suggestions, material ideas, furniture, and decorative elements. If architectural drawings are needed, they are created by the architect in my team.
07 —
Interior Design Review
Before I start rendering, you’ll see preview 3D views of each space to ensure the layout and design feel right. Once everything is approved, I move forward with the final renderings.
08 —
3D Visualizations
I create high-quality, realistic renderings that allow you to see your entire project in detail — colors, textures, lighting, furniture, and more. This is the longest step, usually taking about 4 weeks.
09 —
Project Presentation
I send all the completed renderings for your review. You’ll provide feedback, and I’ll make any necessary adjustments. One round of revisions is included in the price.
10 —
Documentation
You receive everything needed to implement the design, including:
• Final 3D visuals
• 3D model file for your team
• Interior drawings (if required)
• A complete product catalog with direct shopping links, all sourced locally or based on your preference
I also coordinate with your architect or contractor to ensure a smooth process.
11 —
Implementation Support
Throughout the execution phase, I’m available for:
• Visual guidance for your team
• Ongoing chat support
• Coordination and advice to make sure the design becomes a reality
I’ll stay involved in your project until your space is fully brought to life — no matter where you are.
